What software do you use?
We primarily use QuickBooks Online, along with smart tools like Keeper and Dext to keep everything accurate and efficient. That means less data entry, more automation, and books that are always up to date.
How often will I get reports?
You’ll receive monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Depending on your package, you may also get dashboards and custom KPI reports that give you a clear view of your business anytime.
Can you work with my CPA?
Absolutely. We’ll keep your books tax-ready year-round and collaborate directly with your CPA (or EA/tax preparer) to make tax season simple. No more scrambling for documents or cleaning up last-minute messes.
